Deposits

Before booking, please check our Policies and Fees for information regarding pricing. All appointments do require a $50 deposit, subject to our Cancellation Policy, to confirm your appointment. For patients using Insurance, the deposit will cover my travel fee. For cash pay patients, the $50 will apply to your visit fee. The $50 deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

Scheduling

Because I cover a very large service area, there is quite a bit of behind-the-scenes work that goes into mapping and scheduling each visit. My booking widget cannot calculate drive time from my previous consult, and I do my best to avoid zig-zagging across town.

This means the time you request online may not be the exact time I’m able to see you. Once I receive your booking request, I’ll reach out to confirm whether that time works or if we need to adjust it.

On rare occasions, even after a time has been confirmed, I may contact you to see whether a slight shift is possible to accommodate routing changes. I truly appreciate your flexibility, and I work hard to minimize any disruptions.

This also applies to traffic, unexpected delays, and visits that run longer when clinical needs require it. I will always do my best to communicate with you promptly, even if I’m running only five minutes behind. Thankfully, I’m on time or early for about 75% of visits… which isn’t too bad for someone who regularly braves both 211 and IH-35!

Medicaid Clients

We do offer a discount for our parents and babies that are on Medicaid. Please let us know that you are receiving Medicaid in the notes when you are booking your appointment and we will apply a discount of 30% off your initial visit and 25% off all follow-ups. Please note, the $50 deposit will still apply.
